4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup Sulca Natural honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: chopped fresh herbs for garnish
Directions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Place the chicken breasts in a shallow dish or a large zip-top bag. Pour the marinade over the chicken, making sure that it's evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish with plastic wrap, and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes or up to 8 hours.
Preheat your grill or oven to 375°F.
If grilling, remove the chicken from the marinade and discard any excess marinade. Grill the chicken for 5-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
If baking, place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving. Garnish with chopped fresh herbs, if desired.
