Ingredients :
4 salmon fillets
1/4 cup SULCA Natural Honey
1/4 cup Sulca Hot Honey
2 tablespoons rice vinegar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
Salt and pepper to taste
Sesame seeds (optional)
Directions :
Preheat oven to 400°F.
In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.
Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the honey mixture over the salmon fillets.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
Sprinkle sesame seeds over the top (optional) and serve.
