Ingredients :

  • 4 salmon fillets

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Sesame seeds (optional)



Directions :

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, hot honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

  3. Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
